Big Sky Engineering was established in Western Montana in 1991 by Michael Wilson.  Mr. Wilson has been active in the communications industry since the late 1960’s, including 10 years as a Communications Systems Engineer for NASA at Moffett Field, CA.  At NASA, he was directly involved in the creation and development of many unusual voice communications systems.

 

In Montana, Big Sky Engineering provided specialized and customized voice communications systems for such companies as Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, GTE Government Systems, and Raytheon.  Multiple systems were designed and installed to serve the Satellite Operations requirements of such companies as Globalstar and Space Systems/Loral.

 

In early 2006 another move to San Diego to continue the same work.  A woman was involved and we got married there.

 

In 2017, we again moved to follow our only granddaughter to North Texas.  Big Sky Engineering ceased as a company and was replaced by MW Comm Solutions – smaller and more adaptable but still providing the communications expertise to my customers.

 

Value Added Services – MW Comm Solutions provides extensive Value-Added Services as a Partner for Clear-Com Intercom Systems.  Lately I have been providing the last few feet of connectivity for Clear-Com’s many interface devices giving our users the ability to link to their radio systems.
